Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $25-$27 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areasDiagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issuesConduct unit turns, including painting, repairs, and cleaningEnsure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintainedRespond promptly to work ordersQualifications:
1+ years of experience in handy man, work, apartment or building maintenance preferredWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentryStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license and reliable transportationEPA or HVAC certification a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion (work orders include but are not limited to plumbing, electrical, painting, and trouble-shooting appliances)Estimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryQualifications:
