Currently, Envolve is searching for an Accounting Manager to work in our Montgomery, AL office. JOB SUMMARY: Assist the Controller with a variety of financial activities as required. Position requires an advanced understanding of accounting principles and complex financial transactions. Assigned duties may include the following: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by Envolve and its affiliated companies. Assist the Controller with a variety of financial activities as required. Position requires an advanced understanding of accounting principles and complex financial transactions. Assigned duties may include the following: * Review, reconcile and finalize monthly financial statements for both property and corporate entities. * Post monthly government housing vouchers from local housing authorities. * Review and make adjustments to tenant ledgers as necessary. * Review financial data and provide reports as requested to management. * Supervision of property accountant team. * Provide support and assistance to other accounting department personnel as needed. * Regular and predictable attendance. * The ability to work cooperatively with others. (i.e. Residents, Co-Workers, Supervisor, etc...) * Ability to work in a constant state of alertness. * Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and the company. * Other duties as they may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Park at Springdale Apartment Community in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor. Description: The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor. Duties: Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise. Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed. Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. Qualifications: Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience. Bilingual is a must. Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment. This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
