The Opportunity
Lonestar Forklift is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative for our Customer Service Representative role in El Paso, Texas. As the Customer Service Representative, you will drive new sources of revenue, through selling service agreements and effectively managing customer accounts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
Driving new Service and Parts revenue within an assigned territory to meet sales targetsProspecting for new business, effectively managing sales leads, and securing new customer accounts by offering tailored solutions and maintenance programsTactfully and professionally negotiating with customers to close dealsMaintaining customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accountsConducting regular customer site visits and meeting with new prospective customersProducing leads and opportunities for all business unitsTracking leads and maintaining accurate records in the CRMRequired Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
At least one year of outside B2B sales experiencePrevious heavy-duty machinery or material handling industry experience is a strong assetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong motivation, resiliency, and drive to succeedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsDemonstrated ability to work effectively independently and exercise strong judgmentValid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as neededBenefits & Perks

The OpportunityLonestar Forklift is looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating equipment rentals within an assigned territory.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Rental Coordinator for Lonestar, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage internal and external rentals requests within a designated territoryPartner with internal Service department employees to prioritize shop itemsSupport Sales Representatives with current customers and manage key account relationships over the phone; ensure leads are captured and monitor fleet utilizationAdminister contracts and monitor billing of machinery on rentalsManage quoting and territory market changesRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
