Position Summary: The Installation Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Installation department within a local field office. Provides leadership and tactical execution on daily production activities involving customer scheduling, service resolution, training, and management of local third-party installation network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and geographic proximity using proprietary scheduling application when possible
Identify opportunities in daily operations to pull forward jobs and maximize speed to installation
Work with the customer to schedule jobs based on installer availability and customer preferences
Review and publish daily installation and service reports to identify wins and opportunities for improvement
Work with office administrative staff to ensure organized workflow of jobs from schedule to install completion
Partner with Service and Sales Operations teams to proactively address customer issues and resolve on first service call
Train, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the field
Improve subcontractor retention rates through impactful training and engagement
Responsible for driving proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors
Works with the Field Trainer on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers
Partner with leadership on identifying systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address gap
Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams
Recruit subcontractors as needed to expand installation capacity
Must hold a valid driver's license.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
Track record of successfully recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.

Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods.

Position Summary: The Assistant Installation Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the installation department. This may include assisting with daily inventory distribution and warehouse duties, installation production scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, service scheduling and follow-up, and third-party installer recruiting and training.

Assist the Installation Manager in daily operations of the installation department including job production scheduling, warehouse and inventory distribution and counts, service scheduling and resolution, and pre-construction walkthroughs. Assist as needed with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of third-party independent installers. Work with the Installation Manager to ensure the daily installation schedule is attained. Accurately enter job orders into the operations app for scheduling, inventory, and job costing purposes. Primary Purpose:
The Retail Marketing Manager will hire, train and develop a Retail Marketing Team to build brand awareness and generate sales leads in the local market through our retail partnerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and drive retail-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up
Identify, schedule, and plan schedule for team of Retail Marketers in assigned territory
Responsibility for budgeting and staffing within our retail affiliates
Manage retail marketing team in generating new sales leads

Position Summary: Responsible for daily gutter installation operations of a field office including successful completion of full onsite customer installations as well as gutter fabrication and delivery to customer location for third-party installation contractors. Operation of both a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer location(s)
Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations of gutters and gutter protection products
Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes
Communicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion status, etc.
Provide excellent customer service experience while on job site
Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes
Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
Must hold an active and valid driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck safely. Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process

The Staff Accountant within the Gross Margin team will support the accounting and financial reporting of gross margin, including revenue and cost of goods sold, as well as the integrity of the related balance sheet accounts for assigned subsidiary(s). Position Summary: The Field Canvassing Team Lead is responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of Field Canvassers to build Leaf Home brand awareness in pre-selected high-probability neighborhoods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up. Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar (including evenings and weekends) for team of Field Canvassers in assigned territory. Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers and create accountability through established marketing goals and KPIs. Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations. Work closely with the Field Canvassing Manager to collaborate with the local Operations and Installation Mangers to grow brand presence within the local market. Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of territory. Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
