    Lead Mission Critical is seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Security Access Control Officers to support one of our mission-critical data center projects. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure job site by controlling access, verifying credentials, and communicating with site safety personnel.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in professionalism, enjoy working independently, and understand the importance of accuracy and accountability.

    Responsibilities

    Verify and scan employee and visitor badges at the site entrance.Ensure all personnel entering the facility have proper authorization and clearance.Communicate immediately with the Safety Team regarding unauthorized personnel, badge issues, or access concerns.Maintain accurate access records and incident documentation.Follow all site security procedures and company policies.Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.Monitor the guard station and remain alert throughout the shift.Report suspicious activity or safety concerns promptly.

    Qualifications

    Prior security, gate attendant, access control, or customer service experience preferred.OSHA 10 Certification preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.Comfortable standing and sitting for extended periods throughout the shift.Ability to remain focused and attentive in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    Must pass a 10-panel drug screening.Must pass a national criminal background check.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Must be able to follow strict security and safety procedures.Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

    1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm)Lead Marine has immediate openings for Journeymen Pipefitters for the Shipyard Industry here in San Diego. This Pipefitter job will be working on Naval Bases & Shipyards from 6:00am to 2:30pm and overtime as needed. DBIDs badge in hand is a plus.
