    We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Form Setter / Finisher in the Whatcom and Skagit county areas who are skilled in the assembling of Residential Patios, Driveways, Walkways, Sidewalks, Stairs, Curbs, retaining walls, and paddings while effectively using the techniques of concrete forming, Layouts, Pouring, Leveling, Etc.

    Must have:
    1. Strong work ethic and reliability
    2. The ability to work well in a team environment
    3. Reliable transportation and tools
    4.The ability to lead a Residential project from start to finish
    5. Proven experience as a Concrete Form Setter / Finisher
    6. Follow all safety policies and procedures
    7. Ability to effectively communicate to staff/owner
    8. Bilingual (Preferred but not required)

    Responsibilities Include:
    1. Effectively lead and provide direction to fellow employees throughout the progression of the projects.
    2. Able to plan ahead and ensure all necessary tools and materials are gathered before leaving the shop each morning to complete the jobs assigned that day efficiently.
    3. Able to take a hands-on approach and successfully complete projects independently or while leading a crew.
    4. Effectively communicate with management and sales as to when and where projects are needed to get done.
    5. Effectively communicate with clients/homeowners when needed.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and discreet Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle accounts payable process, expense reporting, and general staff accounting tasks. As you will have access to sensitive financial data and business strategies, absolute confidentiality and professional discretion are mandatory.

     

    Key Responsibilities include the following:

    Full-Cycle AP Processing:
    • Manage invoice workflows for multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the QuickBooks accounting system.
    • Perform G/L coding and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
    • Update and analyze budgets across multiple projects.
    • Prepare and reconcile check runs against system reports.
    • Maintain various tracking spreadsheets for unit activity, recurring costs, and contracts.

    Vendor & Internal Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, researching and resolving past-due statements or payment discrepancies.
    • Partner with Property Managers to ensure timely receipt of invoices.

    Administrative Support:
    • Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, purchase orders, and cancelled checks.
    • Assist with year-end audits and file archiving.

    Qualifications:
    • Experience: 3+ years of related accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required. Direct experience with QuickBooks accounting software is required.
    • Communication: Strong professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members and outside vendors.
    • Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality. Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

     

    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to sit for extended periods and focus on digital screens.
    • Capability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds (e.g., filing boxes).

    Responsibilities

    Assemble and disassemble pallet racking and warehouse shelving systemsLoad, unload, and organize materials and tools on-siteMeasure, level, and secure racking components accuratelyUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyFollow job site safety procedures and company standardsWork efficiently as part of a crew in fast-paced environmentsTravel to various job sites throughout the regionMaintain clean and organized work areas



    Must have:
    1. Strong work ethic and reliability (required)
    2. Ability to work well with a team and follow directions
    3. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
    4. Reliable transportation (travel to multiple jobsites)
    5. Ability working at heights and on ladders/lifts when needed
