    Precast Production Worker - Night Shift As a Production Worker I in our precast construction division, you will perform a variety of tasks involved in the production of LB Foster products while following standard work methods and practicing safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe. This position is straight night shift. Is responsible for working with a production team to manufacture precast products and buildings. Some examples of the work you might do includes: Follow all safe work practices and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Carry out verbal and written instructions from Foreman. Complete jobs in a timely fashion to ensure on time shipment. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists. Trained to complete pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues identified. Trained to set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools. Read and interpret work instructions, then execute work per instructions. Other duties as assigned. What do you need: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred At least 1 year of work experience in a production environment, preferred Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining safety standards and following all safe work practices. A focus on prioritization, time efficiency, problem solving and teamwork. Ability to exert 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Average proficiency in mathematics. Good visual acuity.     Machine Operator II - 1st Shift As a Machine Operator II, you are responsible for performing various duties including staging and loading parts, and performing specific jobs based off customer requirements. Must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. Attention to detail, and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.
