We are hiring dependable and hardworking Shuttle Bus Washers to support the Shuttle fleet operations at Dallas Forth Worth Airport. This role is responsible for inspecting, cleaning and maintaining shuttles to ensure they have the proper cleanliness and appearance for daily use for our customers.

Principle Job Duties:
Wash the exterior of buses using scrubbing brush.Clean and sanitize bus interiors, including seats, windows, floors, and driver areas.Refill cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.Report any damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.Follow all safety and operational guidelines.Physical Demands:

Education:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Strong customer service experience.
· Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
· Associate degree or relevant coursework in business, hospitality, transportation, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
· Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Card) required, or ability to obtain one within a specified period of employment.
· Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
· Minimum of 1 year of supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience preferred.
· Parking, transportation, hospitality, airport, valet, or related operational experience preferred.
· Experience managing employee performance, scheduling, and customer service escalations preferred.

Operating company vehicles in accordance with all safety guidelines, airport regulations, and company policies. Shuttle Operations:
The Senior General Manager, CDL has complete oversight of the entire DFW shuttle operations, encompassing 5 service lines. Lead, direct, and develop a large team of employees, including 12 managers, several supervisors, dispatchers, drivers and customer service representatives, as well as directly supporting the other General Managers of the other 4 service lines. Manage and support by providing guidance, mentorship, and accountability in achieving operational excellence. Organize, implement, and maintain shuttle services, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and client expectations. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly Shuttle financials, reports, and operational reviews. Ensure revenue is maximized and customer satisfaction is high. Collaborate closely with the Airport Manager to ensure the success of all projects and initiatives through strategic planning and coordination with the Shuttle team and airport client.Shuttle Operations:
Oversee the daily management and operation of the shuttle transportation system, ensuring timeliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Plan, schedule, and direct shuttle drivers and operations staff. Develop shuttle routes and schedules that align with flight operations, customer needs, and efficient service delivery. Manage staffing levels for shuttle operations to ensure adequate coverage for peak periods, including recruitment, training, and performance management of shuttle drivers and supervisors.
