Responsibilities:
Maintenance/Installation of operating systems, network systems, software, and hardwareMonitor system operations to detect potential problemsImplement network systems to support communication between all departmentsCollaborate with a technical team developing and improving best practicesProvide quality assurance review of new and existing software productsQualifications:
Previous experience in information technologyFundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and softwareStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and multitaskDeadline and detail-orientedRequired Skills:
Windows 2012/2016/2019 ServerTechnology troubleshooting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Windows administration.Strong knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewalls, Domains, DNS, DHCP, Subnetting, and working with ISPs.Enthusiastic personality and strong work ethicPreferred Experience:
Office 365/AzureVirtualization (VMWare, Microsoft)General knowledge of Linux OS is a plus but not requiredStrong Verbal and communication skills.Well-organized and Customer Service skillsJob Type: Full-time
