Responsibilities:
Family based immigration matters including waivers and consular processing Removal defense matters, including but not limited to cancellation of removal and asylumSpecial immigrant VISAs, including SIJS, U, T, VAWAConduct research to support legal proceedingsAssist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documentsCandidates should exhibit the ability to manage a full case loadQualifications:
Fluent in English and SpanishPrevious experience as a paralegal in immigration lawExcellent writing and proofreading skillsFamiliarity with legal researchAbility to prioritize and multitaskInterpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of different culturesDeadline and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent customer service skillsReliable and punctualProfessional etiquette and appearanceMust be a team player, be able to multitask, and work in a fast pace office environmentKnowledge of eImmigrationAir (or comparable) softwareALL APPLICATIONS WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIALJob Type: Full-time
