    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Lemon Law Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for qualifying, onboarding, and converting leads into retained cases.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to guide potential clients through the intake and sign-up process.

    Salary Range: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour

    Duties/Responsibilities:

Trial experience is a plus for this position. You will also be ordering, reviewing, and possibly summarizing medical records and preparing deposition summaries.

     

    Candidates should also possess the following skills:

     

    · Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure and FRCP

    · E-filing experience in both State and Federal

    · Trial experience is a huge plus
