The main role of the Paralegal/Closer is to facilitate all aspects of the purchase process including title production, title curative, HUD production, scheduling and disbursement, as well as coordinate with clients, buyers, and sellers, to prepare files, ensuring a timely and legally binding closing transaction. This is a client facing role, so the ability to nurture relationships is a must! This aspect of the job also requires the Paralegal/Closer to be able to easily switch tasks from working on files to picking up the phone to answer client questions.
