The HEART of Lavelle’s business is our proprietary rubber compounds, that are made ONLY in the USA. Creating it takes precision and attention to detail, much like baking a cake. The difference? What does it take to succeed in this role? For safety reasons, you'll need to be at least 5’ 8” and be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly - feel free to cancel your gym membership once you start!
