General Accountabilities
Receives and records incoming payroll documentation.Prepares all monthly and bi-weekly payroll checks and calculation. Familiar with payroll platform such as ADP.Familiar with QuickBooks desktop and be able to process checks from QuickBooks.Familiar with paperless working environment.Clarifies or researches issues as necessary. Able to effectively communicate professionally with any of the business clientsManages assigned book of businessCorresponds and assists with assigned client needsManage email blast and some duties of office administration
Skills
Proficient in excel and other Microsoft office programsExcellent multi-tasking and good time managementArticulate communicator in both verbal and writtenAble to work in fast pace environmentTeam playerCritical thinkingCustomer service experience
Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related fieldProven experience as administrator/ bookkeeper or in similar role and minimum of one-year experienceIf candidate has associate degree, candidate will be considered with prior industry experiencesCompany DescriptionLaus Consulting is a family owned and operated high end CPA/ Consulting firm located in Baldwin Park.
