General Accountabilities
Receives and records incoming payroll documentation.Prepares all monthly and bi-weekly payroll checks and calculation. Familiar with payroll platform such as ADP.Familiar with QuickBooks desktop and be able to process checks from QuickBooks.Familiar with paperless working environment.Clarifies or researches issues as necessary. Able to effectively communicate professionally with any of the business clientsManages assigned book of businessCorresponds and assists with assigned client needsManage email blast and some duties of office administrationSkills
