    Job Summary:
    The Contract Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the task order supporting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities & Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Directorate (OSF), Border Patrol and Air & Marine (BPAM) Program Management Office (PMO). This role serves as the primary liaison between the contractor and the Government, ensuring the successful execution of program, project, and mission support services. ​ The Contract Project Manager will lead a team of professionals, manage deliverables, monitor compliance, and ensure alignment with CBP objectives while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity

    Responsibilities/Duties:Leadership & Oversight: ​Act as the primary liaison between the contractor and the Government.Provide direction and oversight for all contract personnel and deliverables. ​Ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract terms. ​Project Management: ​Oversee the planning, execution, and closeout of all projects under the task order. ​Manage risk, schedule, budget, and performance metrics for all initiatives. ​Ensure all project data is updated monthly in government systems of record (e.g., TRIRIGA, SAP, SharePoint). ​Communication & Reporting: ​Submit monthly status reports and other required deliverables to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO). ​Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.Team Coordination: ​Assign and manage Contract Site Leads for the four Regional Offices. ​Ensure all personnel meet performance standards and adhere to government policies. ​Compliance: ​Ensure adherence to CBP security protocols, including safeguarding government equipment, information, and property. ​Monitor contractor conduct and address any issues that may arise

    Job Summary:
    The Project Manager will lead and oversee the execution of financial statement audit liaison, risk management, and internal control assessment support services for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This role requires a highly experienced professional with a strong background in audit and government accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and expertise in federal financial management regulations. ​ The Project Manager will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, driving audit remediation efforts, and delivering high-quality results to support TSA’s mission of maintaining accountability and public trust over its financial resources.     Job Summary:
    The role involves the development, calibration, and sustainment of various space and facilities planning efforts. This role will act as design subject matter expert to clients by providing an in depth knowledge in space planning, block planning, conceptual and schematic design, furniture design and layout, and space requirements development at the facility and portfolio level.

    Salary Range- $130,000-135,000

    Responsibilities/Duties:
    Key responsibilitiesCollaborate with a team of space planners, architects, and interior designers to develop solutions for space utilization. Responsible for occupancy data. Conduct space validation walks and update occupancy metrics. Assist in gathering program of requirements data and translating it into efficient, innovative, and functional space plans, which also support the provision of anytime, anywhere workplace options, including hoteling, shared workstations, touchdown spaces, collaboration spaces, and virtual spots. Leverage familiarity with DHS and GSA space guidelines, assist in establishing progressive workplace policies and the use of technology, including Web-based concierge reservation systems and provision of tools and training to support virtual work. Work in partnership with a larger team of facilities professionals managing associated tasks, including but not limited to: program of requirements; furniture standard selection and broad specifications in preparation of acquisition; property inventory; space management; move and relocation sequencing and execution. Interact with change management teams. Participate in the analysis of space requirements and collaborate with Facilities to provide conceptual space plans and recommendations to client; prepares blocking and/or stacking plans, charters and move lists. Develop in depth presentation documents for team, client, and or leadership and senior leadership. Research and development of space analytics to include; space allocation and utilization, seating and occupancy data, compare and contrast client requirements with existing building/design capabilities. Utilize platforms such as teams and SharePoint to coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to convey space and design challenges and or solutions. Develop and or assist in development of SOP’s, SOW’s, and overall design standards, guidance, and templates.
