Software Engineer
Position Summary
Laser Photonics Corporation is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to research, design, develop, and maintain software systems used in laser, semiconductor, industrial, military, aerospace, communications, and scientific applications.
This is a fully onsite position based in Lake Mary.
This position works closely with hardware, electrical, optical, and mechanical engineering teams to develop advanced laser system technologies and application-specific software solutions in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraintsDesign, develop, test, and maintain software for a variety of laser systemsCollaborate with hardware and engineering teams to evaluate software/hardware interfaces and overall system performance requirementsDevelop software systems using engineering principles, scientific analysis, and mathematical modelsCreate and execute software testing procedures, validation, and documentationModify, update, and document software required for machine functionalityDevelop custom software solutions for application-specific customer requirementsSupport software troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer-related technical issuesWork cross-functionally with optical, mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to develop new products and technologiesParticipate in system integration, debugging, and performance optimizationRequired Qualifications
Experience working with industrial automation, robotics, or laser systemsBachelor’s degree in software engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline5+ years of professional software development experienceExperience with Visual Basic, C, and/or C++Experience with motion control software programming and developmentStrong understanding of digital and analog electronics, laser controls, drives, servos, and PC-based control systemsExperience developing, testing, integrating, and modifying operating systems and application softwareStrong organizational, problem-solving, and self-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environmentPreferred Qualifications

Position Summary
Laser Photonics Corporation is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead the company’s sales force while driving revenue growth across industrial, commercial, defense, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing sales teams, developing strategic sales initiatives, and mentoring representatives in a fast-paced technical sales environment.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage day-to-day sales operations, hold the team accountable to performance goals, develop new business opportunities, and support long-term customer relationships. Experience selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical solutions is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
