Full-Time Therapist (W-2)

Fully licensed or pre-licensed therapists in Nevada (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CPC-I, MFT-I)Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and providing accessible, personalized careExperience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or familiesCommitment to collaboration, authenticity, and ongoing professional growthWhat We Offer (Full-Time Roles)

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual therapy needsProvide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI)Develop and implement individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standardsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client careWork with families and caregivers as appropriate for child and family counselingMaintain a weekly caseload consistent with full-time or part-time expectationsIf you’re excited to join a clinic that values high-quality care, clinician well-being, and meaningful collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
