    Lange Fresh Sales is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Team.
    In this position, the Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative and customer support to the Account Manager, ensuring seamless workflow execution and superior customer service. This position involves coordinating communication between shippers, carriers, customers, and the Account Manager to facilitate efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
    This opportunity is available in the following locations: Dallas, TX.
    Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers by ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.Assist in managing invoicing processes, purchase order administration, and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.Perform accurate data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to schedules.Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.Perform other duties as assigned.
    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ yrs of experience as an Administrative/Account Coordinator.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude, ensuring positive and effective relationships with stakeholders.Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential issues.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.Superior organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's Degree Preferred.Background in logistics or transportation management is highly beneficial.Experience with data entry, invoicing, and dispatch operations in a logistics or supply chain environment.

Discover a future with us where your contributions truly make a difference.  Lange Logistics is currently looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Team. The Logistics Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations within the logistics department. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS), building and scheduling loads, tracking shipments, maintaining carrier coverage, and overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes. Additionally, you will handle spot quoting, update service level scorecards, and proactively address operational challenges to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of goods. This opportunity is available in the following locations: Naperville, IL Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the company’s Transportation Management System (TMS) for load creation, tracking, and reporting.Coordinate and build load schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and client expectations.Monitor and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays promptly.Secure appropriate carrier capacity for all shipments and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.Oversee EDI processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between systems.Provide competitive spot quotes for shipments and negotiate with carriers for the best rates and service levels.Maintain and update service-level scorecards to evaluate carrier and operational performance.Manage day-to-day logistics tasks, ensuring efficiency in processes and adherence to company standards.Identify and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align logistics operations with overall business goals. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in logistics or transportation.2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and EDI processes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in freight brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), or carrier management.Knowledge of freight rates, spot quoting, and carrier negotiations.Familiarity with logistics scorecards and performance metrics.Strong understanding of shipment tracking tools and technologies.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors.

    Lange Logistics is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer and carrier relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of freight shipments. You’ll play a critical role in both customer service and operational coordination, using your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to drive results.

    This is a fast-paced, rewarding position ideal for someone passionate about logistics, client engagement, and continuous professional growth. The Account Manager will also participate in a weekend work rotation every five weeks. Weekend work can be completed remotely, and hours may vary based on business needs.

    Responsibilities:Develop and grow a robust network of customers and carriers through lead generation and outreach.Manage and strengthen existing relationships with shippers, producers, and transportation partners.Negotiate rates and terms for both buying and selling freight while proactively addressing potential issues.Coordinate and oversee scheduled shipments, working closely with shippers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.Stay informed on transportation industry trends, market shifts, and pricing strategies.Deliver outstanding customer service through consistent communication and organized execution.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, shipment tracking, and customer interactions.Investigate and resolve freight claims and service issues promptly and professionally.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales.
    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer service.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.Strong customer service focus with attention to detail.
    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Passion for the logistics and transportation industry with a desire to grow professionally.Familiarity with freight brokerage, third-party logistics (3PL), or transportation coordination.Experience working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
