    Monitor and test existing installations, troubleshoot and repair, as well as maintaining overall operation of the irrigation system.

    Conduct and record detailed inspections and plan/execute upgrades to existing systems.

    Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members

    Communicate with the client about property needs

    Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew

    This position is great for someone with experience in the landscaping industry who has irrigation skills

    Skills & Qualifications

    Valid US driver's license & clean driving record

    At least 1 year relevant experience

    Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

    Lift up to 50 lbs. and leverage up to 80 pounds of walk-behind mowers

    Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule

    Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills

    Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed

    Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise

    At least 1 year relevant experience

    English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
