Summary/Objective
The Skilled Construction Laborer - Carpenter will perform a wide range of physical labor tasks in support of workers on the construction site. As the Skilled Construction Laborer – Carpenter, you will perform carpentry duties necessary.
Essential Functions

Assists skilled workers as assigned. This may apply paint and vinyl to walls and structures. Work on paint surfaces and trim to maintain good visual appearance.Unload materials that are delivered and distributes them to appropriate location as identified by supervisor, project plans, or specifications. Prepares layout area where painting/construction will take place by properly measuring, marking, or recording openings or distances. Prepares tools and materials needed to complete tasks.Operates a wide variety of hand and power tools related to position such as but not limited to: power tools, wood working machines, levels, routers, sanders, saws, screws, nails and glue.Ensures quality carpentry work by checking building walls, floors, doors and other areas and repair if necessary. Directs traffic near, in, or around work zones.Cleans jobsite at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored. Physical DemandsMust have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds. This role will involve assisting skilled workers in various tasks related to construction and landscaping projects. Responsibilities:

Summary/Objective
The Truck Driver will safely and efficiently deliver finished goods, products, equipment, and materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Essential Functions

Operates a variety of trucks according to applicable local and federal transportation laws, including but not limited to semi-trucks, tractor trailers, and dump trucks.Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations. Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows landing crew signals. Assists with loading of or loads and unloads goods, equipment and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted; unloads empty skids and returns all equipment to designated area. Maintains signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; delivers documentation to trucking office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete. Work Environment
This job operates in a Shop and Field environment. This role routinely is exposed to heat, humidity, and light to moderate rain and wind. The position requires the knowledge in the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Must be able to physically operate vehicles.Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand to operate and repair vehicles.Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and or as required to deliver the objectives.
