    A Day in the Life of a CDL Driver (Class A)


    As a CDL Driver (Class A), your day may begin by loading equipment for delivery, reviewing your route, and ensuring all paperwork is in order. From there, you’ll transport equipment to customer locations or between LandPro dealerships using a tractor trailer or other assigned vehicles.


    You’ll interact directly with customers during deliveries and pickups, secure loads properly, gather signatures, and represent LandPro professionally on the road and at each stop.


    You may also provide basic operating guidance to customers and help ensure equipment arrives ready to work.


    When not transporting equipment, you'll assist with equipment preparation, inspections, and delivery readiness to support dealership operations.


    This is a role for someone who values independence, responsibility, and doing things the right way.


    Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: deliver safely, support the team, and take care of the customer.


    What You’ll Do


    As a CDL Driver (Class A), you will:

    safely transport equipment to and from customer locations and LandPro facilitiesload, unload, and secure equipment for transport using proper tie-down and safety proceduressupport the sales team with equipment deliveries and customer handoffsmaintain accurate pickup, delivery, mileage, and time recordsobtain required customer signatures, receipts, and delivery documentationmaintain DOT, Clearinghouse, OSHA, and company compliance requirementsperform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptlyhelp maintain assigned trucks, trailers, and equipment in good working conditionprovide customers with basic equipment operating guidance when neededdeliver dependable service that reflects outstanding servicework closely with internal teams to support dealership operationsassist with equipment setup, assembly, and attachment installationpreform pre-delivery inspections to verify equipment is operating properly before delivery

    What You Need to be a LandPro Class A CDL Driver:

    valid Class A CDL with a clean driving recordability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipmentknowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety practicesability to complete required logs, records, and paperwork accuratelyability to pass required DOT physical/drug screening requirementsstrong time management and route planning skillsability to lift, climb, and work around equipment safelyhigh school diploma or equivalent experience

    It’s a Plus if You Have:

    experience hauling agricultural, construction, turf, or heavy equipmentexperience operating trailers, lowboys, orequipment transport setupsfamiliarity with load securement, chains, straps, and bindersequipment setup or pre-delivery inspection experience forklift certification customer service or delivery experiencebasic mechanical knowledge of trucks or equipment

    A Day in the Life of a Lawn & Garden Technician


    As a Lawn & Garden Technician, your day is spent diagnosing issues, making repairs, and performing maintenance that helps customers get the most out of their equipment.


    You may be working on riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, compact tractors, handheld equipment, or other turf and lawn & garden machines. One job may involve troubleshooting an engine issue, while the next is preventative maintenance or preparing equipment for the season ahead.


    You’ll work in a shop environment alongside a team of experienced technicians, using your skills and tools to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.


    Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: do the job right and take care of the customer.


    What You’ll Do


    As a Lawn & Garden Technician, you will:

    diagnose, repair, and maintain lawn, garden, and turf equipment perform routine service and preventative maintenance on customer and dealer-owned equipment troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues use service manuals, tools, and diagnostic systems to complete repairs accurately maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area complete work orders, reports, and documentation accurately and on time track time and materials used on each repair participate in ongoing training to build your technical knowledge work closely with teammates to support shop productivity

    What You Need to be a LandPro Lawn & Garden Technician:

    1+ years of experience performing service repairs on lawn & garden equipment or similar machinery mechanical aptitude with knowledge of small engines and equipment systems ability to perform repairs and maintenance using tools and service procedures basic computer skills and ability to complete digital work orders ability to safely operate equipment used for diagnostics strong verbal and written communication skills ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly valid driver’s license high school diploma or equivalent experience

    It’s a Plus if You Have:

    experience with John Deere, turf, or lawn & garden equipment basic service technician certification associate degree in a technical field forklift certification experience using Service Advisor or similar software

    A Day in the Life of a Parts PRO


    As a Parts PRO, your day is a mix of customer service, problem solving, and teamwork.


    You may start by helping a customer at the parts counter, answering calls, or locating parts for service technicians. Throughout the day, you’ll receive shipments, stock inventory, process transfers between stores, and help keep the department organized and running efficiently.


    You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, sales staff, and leadership to make sure parts are available when they’re needed most.


    This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and staying active throughout the day.

    What You’ll Do


    As a Parts PRO, you will:

    assist customers and technicians with identifying and locating parts sell parts, accessories, and related products to meet customer needs support service technicians by supplying parts for repairs and maintenance receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory process inter-store transfer requests accurately and efficiently help maintain merchandise displays and showroom organization maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and shipment verification assist with machine-down and stock orders help keep the parts department clean, safe, and organized work closely with teammates across departments to support dealership success

    What you need to be a LandPro Parts PRO:

    basic computer and data entry skills basic knowledge of parts, equipment, or machinery ability to learn and use dealership systems and parts catalogs ability to work independently and as part of a team ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

    It’s a plus if you have:

    experience in parts, retail, warehouse, automotive, or equipment environments familiarity with John Deere or competitive equipment forklift certification or forklift experience experience using inventory or parts lookup systems customer service experience
