    Work hours: Work Schedule Hrs are from 2:00pm to 10:30pm

    Candidate will be trained on first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm for the first 4 to 6 weeks

     

    Job Description:

    High School Diploma or GED required.Safety shoes (steel/composite) required, safety glasses provided.Candidate must have reliable transportation.Occasionally the candidate may be required to lift or move at least 50 pounds.Steel Toe shoes required.

     

    Technical Skills:

    Must Have:

    Electromechanical testing and troubleshooting, basic schematics, and electrical systems.

    Manufacturing Production Test Technician – Vial Fill Systems (Condensed)

     

    Summary:

    Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Parata Max vial-filling machines to ensure each unit meets quality, performance, and customer configuration requirements before shipment. Works closely with manufacturing leadership to meet production and shipping priorities.

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education/Experience:

    AAS in a technical field preferred or 3–5 years hands on experience with electronics/electromechanical systems.

     

    Required Skills:

    Read/interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Use multimeter and electronic diagnostic tools.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.Follow detailed test procedures and documentation.Perform software installs, firmware updates, and configurations.Strong communication and teamwork.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Job Description:

    Incoming inspection: Drawing reading is must.In-process inspection: Quality inspection standard/ Check sheet knowledge.The Quality Inspector conducts inspections of products (parts, assemblies, raw materials, tooling, instruments, etc.) to validate compliance to design data requirements which include drawings, specifications, and contract requirements at predetermined steps in the manufacturing process using basic inspection methods and tools.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Use a variety of measuring devices, testing equipment, and statistical control processes.Perform Initial Sample Inspections Records (ISIR)/ First Article Inspections (FAI) and conformity inspections and raise notifications of non-conformance.Participate in continuous improvement / process improvement.Request support from an engineer to evaluate and act on inspection and test beyond capabilities.Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Interact within a team environment.Perform other duties assigned to meet business needs.

     

    Skills and Experience:
