Schedule:
Weekdays (M F): 8a 5p regular coverage
Weeknights: 1:2 call
Weekends: 24-hr call (Sat Sun, rounds + call, includes 4 hrs patient contact)
Call Rotation: 1:2 weekdays + every other weekend
Average Census: inpatients / 22 office patients
Procedures: AAA, CEAs, TECARS, EVARS, fistulas, amputations, peripheral angios/interventions
Support Staff: APPs, RNs, MAs
EMR: Epic
Hospital Beds: 347 (non-trauma)
RequirementsBoard Certified in Vascular Surgery
ACLS/BLS
Active PA license preferred (IMLC w/ LOQ considered)
Minimum 2 weeks/month commitment
Clean malpractice & background for privileging (6 8 weeks for clean files)
