As a Safety and Security Officer, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for our valued hotel guests and dedicated staff. You will be at the forefront of maintaining security by monitoring our premises, delivering top-notch customer service, and swiftly addressing any security issues that may arise.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage proactively with guests and team members to ensure a secure environment that prioritizes their safety and well-being. Maintain keen observation skills to identify potential security threats. Provide friendly and service-oriented interactions with guests. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing essential security protocols and procedures. Handle challenges and concerns promptly and effectively with solutions that uphold our commitment to safety and excellence.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a safety and security role or a related field is strongly preferred but not required. Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, to include applicable background checks, per State requirements. CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HIS.
