    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated PPF Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing paint protection film (PPF) and window tint while ensuring high-quality workmanship across a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

     

    Responsibilities Essential Functions

    Install paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles with accuracy and consistencyInstall window tintPerform surface preparation, cleaning, and finishing to ensure a flawless applicationWork on both high-end and everyday vehicles, maintaining OEM-level quality standardsInspect completed work and ensure it meets quality expectationsCollaborate with team members to maintain workflow and production goals

     

    Qualifications

    Experience with PPF installation preferred (willing to train the right candidate)Strong attention to detail and a craftsmanship mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPride in your work and a desire to continuously improveValid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and needs as well as keeping them updated throughout the repair process.     Job Summary

    We are looking for a skilled Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass. You will work closely with teammates across the shop to ensure vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition while providing an exceptional customer experience.

     

    Responsibilities Essential Functions

    Perform glass installation, repair, and replacement (windshields, side, and rear glass) in line with safety and OEM standards.Inspect damage and determine the best repair or replacement approach.Safely remove and handle damaged glass, ensuring proper fit and finish.Apply adhesives, primers, and molding with precision to meet industry standards.Collaborate with estimators, body technicians, and painters to maintain repair quality and workflow.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.Document completed work accurately and assist with parts tracking as needed.Provide outstanding service by communicating clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates.Ability to lift 50lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.Comfortable working in shop and outdoor environments.

     

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Glass Technician or in automotive repair preferred.Knowledge of auto glass tools, installation techniques, and safety standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
