Job Summary (Neuro ICU RN): - Provide nursing care in a Neuro ICU and Neuro Stepdown unit; may float between both units.
- Deliver specialized care to neuro-critical patients in a facility of similar size and trauma level.
- Apply neuro-specific nursing skills, including NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) assessments.
- Utilize a minimum of 2 years of recent neuro ICU/stepdown experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all facility protocols and safety regulations.
