    Position Summary:

    The Account Manager functions as an inside sales representative and is the pivot point for all activities related to supporting current and new customers. Providing customer service, quoting, expediting, order entry, problem resolution, and coordinating any other activity as it relates to customer support. The Account Manager as a liaison between customer and Company supporting the efforts of our Regional Sales Managers.

    Essential Functions:

    Manage the customer’s order from receipt to delivery of the finished productEnter custom manufacturing orders into the Rubicon order entry system based on purchase orders sent by customersRead and interpret customer requests, translating them into quoting opportunitiesMaintain and reference price sheets, and/or confer with management to determine the pricing for quotes, prepare quotes and quote packagesMaintain precise records of the customer’s previous purchases and all other correspondence between the Company and customer in an orderly fashion to ensure timely retrieval and quick referenceCommunicate with Regional Sales Managers, customers, production, shipping in a clear and concise mannerBuild relationships, provide customer serviceProvide Value Added Services for the customer such as updating shipping dates, providing invoices, tracking and answering technical questionsParticipate in weekly sales meetings and monthly new product meetingsRepresent the Company at Trade Shows and occasionally be expected to host customers and conduct customer plant toursIssue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)

    Skills and Abilities:

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment, take direction and multi-taskMotivated and able to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong listening and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers both internal and externalEffective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detailDemonstrated initiative and make well-informed, effective, and timely decisionsWork with, understand, and evaluate the technical information related to the jobProficient using ERP and CRM (Rubicon) systems in addition to Microsoft Office applications

    Qualifications:

    3+ years in customer service/inside sales in a manufacturing environmentExperience in negotiating pricingStrong technical aptitudeHigh School diploma or GED, or equivalent work experienceSome college-level business courses helpful; bachelor's degree is a plus.

    Salary to be determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. This role offers a competitive Bonus Plan.

The General Laborer assists in the set-up and preparations necessary in order to start up and maintain the running of production equipment. You'll be cross-trained in different departments to help increase efficiency to help in all areas of production. Shifts available: M-F, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm OR 7:00 pm to 7:00 am OT as needed/weekends Excellent benefits! Essential Functions: Locate and transport raw materials to the production machines Load raw materials into machines Collect and properly dispose of all scrap from the machines Train to be a machine operator Maintain a clean and orderly work area Skills and Abilities: Ability to operate basic material handling equipment Must be flexible as work orders and pace can change day-to-day Ability to multi-task Possesses basic problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to use basic hand and power tools Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment Ability to understand and follow safety procedures Bilingual Spanish is a Plus Benefits: Paid time off 401(k) match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance (company paid) Voluntary Life/AD Read Less
