    Position Summary

    The HR Admin is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties on a professional level, working closely with the HR team in supporting the operational needs of the department.  Candidate must have a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance to represent the Company.  

     

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Assist with recruitment efforts, partnering with HR Director to source and screen candidates. Work closely with hiring manager and VP of Ops. Maintain relationships with recruiters and manage the ATS system for Blue Ash job openings. Own and update the Onboarding/Offboarding Process of employees with guidance from HR DirectorProvide administrative support for HR Programs, including but not limited to: Open Enrollment, PMP rollout, Harassment Training, updating, and filing of all acknowledgementsWork with IT in maintaining active directories/Org Charts and publishing such monthly.  Maintain employee demographic lists and Employee Files.Part of the HR team that recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.Maintain calendar and travel arrangements.Participate in all HR projects, providing administrative ad-hoc support to the HR team as requested.

    Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical conduct, at all times. Ability to manage upMust have proficient hands-on Microsoft Office Suite platform and Adobe Acrobat ability.Solid time management skills and attention to detail are essential.Problem solving.Communication proficiency.

     

     

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Essential Function:           Lahlouh Inc., the leading nationwide digital printing company, is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Director to lead day-to-day IT operations across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the IT support team, coordinating IT initiatives, overseeing IT service delivery, supporting compliance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that technology operations remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

               This is an onsite leadership role based out of either Lahlouh’s Burlingame, California office, soon transitioning to San Leandro, California, or the Blue Ash, Ohio office. The ideal candidate is a practical, service-oriented IT leader who can manage people, projects, vendors, documentation, budgets, and executive communication while remaining close enough to the work to solve problems and keep operations moving.

    Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day IT operations across help desk, systems administration, infrastructure support, enterprise applications, and end-user technology services.Manage, coach, and provide direction to the IT help desk and support team to ensure timely, professional, and effective service delivery.Act as an escalation point for IT issues, outages, service concerns, and cross-functional technology needs.Coordinate IT projects and initiatives, including planning, prioritization, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.Support and improve IT processes related to ticket management, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, access control, documentation, vendor coordination, and service delivery.Lead IT-related compliance activities, including client security questionnaires, audit support, policy documentation, evidence gathering, and coordination with Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders.Manage IT vendor relationships, including service providers, hardware/software vendors, telecom providers, and support partners.Oversee IT purchasing, purchase orders, invoice review, renewals, licensing, and budget tracking in coordination with Finance and leadership.Maintain and improve IT documentation, including SOPs, escalation procedures, system inventories, vendor contacts, and operational runbooks.Provide clear communication to leadership and business stakeholders regarding IT priorities, risks, project status, service issues, and operational needs.Identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, efficiency, user experience, and IT team performance.Support physical site technology needs, including office moves, infrastructure coordination, network/vendor work, and onsite technology readiness.
    Required Qualifications:7+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, service desk, or enterprise technology support.3+ years of IT leadership or management experience, including direct or functional management of IT staff.Strong understanding of help desk operations, endpoint support, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networking fundamentals, identity/access management, and business applications.Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects, priorities, vendors, and operational responsibilities simultaneously.Experience supporting IT compliance activities, security questionnaires, audits, policies, or related documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with executives, managers, end users, vendors, and technical staff.Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issues to resolution with ownership and urgency.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow-through.Experience managing IT purchasing, licensing, renewals, invoices, or budget-related activities.Ability to work onsite and provide leadership presence at either the California or Ohio office.
    Preferred Qualifications:Experience in manufacturing, printing, logistics, distribution, or another operationally intensive business environment.Familiarity with SOC 2, client security reviews, cybersecurity insurance questionnaires, or similar compliance processes.Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems, asset management tools, endpoint management tools, and remote monitoring/support platforms.Experience managing office relocations, site expansions, infrastructure upgrades, or cross-location IT projects.Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, backup/disaster recovery, vendor risk management, and business continuity practices.ITIL, Microsoft, networking, security, or project management certifications are a plus.Compensation:Salary based on experience.     Essential Function:           The Folder Operator is responsible for operating folder machines, producing high quality printing jobs, to meet customer and company expectations, in a cost-effective manner while meeting strict deadlines.

    Experience:
                Minimum 3 to 5 years experience operating folding machines in a commercial printing environment.

               This position is exempt and will work with Account Executives, customers, and production personnel in a team environment to provide in-house support for Sales and Customers. This position ensures accurate job specifications and information are provided to production and will monitor and facilitate all jobs through production to ensure delivery commitments are met.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Obtain accurate and complete job specifications from Account Executive/CustomerPerform all order entry functions.Manage all aspects of the job workflow: job entry, review of specifications, review of estimates,  job status management, schedule updates, proofing process, change order process, job-related communication, etc.Provide in-house support for Account Executive when customers need assistance ensuring prompt attention to any inquiryCommunicate with planning, scheduling and production personnel related to work in processCoordinate job schedules with scheduling when jobs have critical deadline requirements or processes that require extra time.Check proofs prior to forwarding to Account Executive or customer.Coordinate delivery of proofs to customer and follow up on their return.Ensure all changes in specifications and schedule are documented via change order.Track jobs throughout production to ensure on time delivery.Manage all ship lines and due dates, including partials, distributions, samples, etc.Keep Account Executive abreast of all production issues and/or delays.Assist in coordination of press checks and mailing audits with Sales Executive/Customer; handle press check or mailing audit with Customer in Sales Executive's absence.Perform tasks for material pick up / delivery, in a timely manner.Provide required information to mailing Team Lead. (i.e., final counts, type(s) of postage, piece weight, etc.)Facilitate the creation of postage invoice for mailing jobs. Create and maintain accurate inventory management processes for all finished goods inventory:  expected arrivals, OMS onboarding, material creation, SKU maintenance, BOM creation, etc.Understand and adhere to all job-related procedures, forms, policies and training documents.Develop tools and systems for effective management of large-scale projects (i.e., spreadsheets, shared documents, filing systems, sample management, etc.)Attend and schedule all job-specific meetings, as needed.Participate in client meetings, as needed.Document non-conformances, participate in problem resolution, conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement processes.Work directly with customer, as needed, on pre-sale processes (i.e., estimate requests, proposals, preflights, etc.) and job-related activities (i.e., press checks, specification changes, schedule requests, etc.)Assist in communication between customer, account executive and production.Support account executive with sales support, as needed, such as: CRM entry, billing assistance, CAD requests, time studies, etc.Experience Required:Comfortable with general aspects of graphic design, prepress, offset printing, digital printing, bindery, mailing, packaging, inventory management, fulfillment, assembly and online/automated workflows.Experience with project management, organization of large-scale projects and multi-tasking.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to articulate complex details.Experience working directly with clients (i.e., customer service skills, problem resolution skills, phone skills, etc.)College degree preferred.Industry experience preferred.Software / Equipment Specific:Working knowledge of PC platform.
