Responsibilities
Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to face and body sculpting, facials, peels, and skin tightening.
Provide expert advice on skincare products and services, conducting product demos and upselling when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training.
Experience
Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role in a med spa or salon environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of face and body sculpting, facials, and p eels
Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards in aesthetic treatments.
Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
