Your Role as a CaregiverAs a Caregiver at The Argyle, you will be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives, supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while ensuring they feel dignified, respected, and loved. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support).
Providing companionship and engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
Monitoring residents’ well-being and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Pay: $21 - $25 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:As a QMAP at The Argyle, you play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and dignity. You will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and fostering a warm, supportive environment that enhances our residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:Administer medications safely and accurately according to QMAP regulations and individual care plans.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.
Observe and report changes in residents' health conditions to the appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
Provide compassionate support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Uphold the highest standards of unreasonable hospitality by going above and beyond for residents and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure an exceptional care experience.
