What you can expect:
You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house teamYou will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projectsYou will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standardsYou will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectivelyYou will Help ensure product merchandising is done accuratelyYou will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocolsYou will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standardsYou will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvementYou will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store ManagerWhat we expect from you:
