Responsibilities
Perform general building and facility maintenanceComplete carpentry projects including repairs, flooring, framing, trim work, doors, windows, and cabinetryRepair and maintain flooring, drywall, ceilings, and other building componentsConduct preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requestsTroubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentAssist with facility improvements and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
