Location: Manufacturing Plant / Industrial Yard
Pay: $19 per hour
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift (Overtime as needed)

Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily operations at our cement raw materials facility. This role is responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and staging raw materials to ensure smooth production flow while following all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to transport cement raw materialsLoad and unload trucks, railcars, and storage areas safely and efficientlyStage raw materials for production and shippingPerform daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concernsFollow OSHA, MSHA, and site-specific safety regulations at all timesMaintain accurate inventory movement and material handling recordsKeep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsAssist with general yard and warehouse tasks as neededRequired Qualifications
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certificationMinimum 1 year of forklift experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dusty or outdoor conditionsStrong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cement, concrete, aggregate, or raw materials operationsFamiliarity with bulk material handling and conveyor systems

Summary
The Bilingual Forklift Driver supports warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate handling of raw materials and finished goods used in food, beverage, and specialty ingredient production.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts (sit‐down, stand‐up, or reach truck depending on facility needs) to load, unload, move, and stage materials.Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with supervisors, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of food‐grade ingredients and adherence to OSHA standards.Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, including pallets, racks, and staging zones.Required Qualifications
