Shift Manager Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Shift Managers delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot register or transaction issues, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis.
