Planning & Execution:Perform material takeoffs, initiate engineering and drafting tasks, and secure necessary permits.Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.Provide regular progress updates to customers.Identify and engage subcontractors, drafting agreements as needed.Monitor project progress, ensuring real-time updates are uploaded.Execute change orders and supplements, documenting all modifications.3. Financial Management:Create and manage project budgets using DASH.Track job costs, ensuring alignment with budget and profitability goals.Manage the collection of financial transactions, ensuring accurate records.Approve or reject subcontractor invoices based on project needs and budgets.4. Quality Assurance & Completion:Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Create and finalize a punch list to address any outstanding tasks.Obtain a Certificate of Satisfaction from clients upon project completion.Audit completed jobs and finalize billing processes.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management within construction/restoration.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
