Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced full time and part time Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to company and personal standardsOperate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipmentComplete daily prep tasks including portioning, cutting, and stockingMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstationFollow all food safety and health department regulationsWork with other kitchen team members to ensure timely ticket timesPerform opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous grill cook, line cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferredKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Full Time Schedule
8-hour shifts35-40 hours per weekDay and evening shifts availableWeekends required
