Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide end-to-end support for enterprise clients in completing API integration. This role serves as a bridge between clients and our internal technical team, assisting with API integration, troubleshooting, launch support, and ongoing operational monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in English or Spanish to understand their integration requirements.Assist clients with API testing, configuration, and deployment.Troubleshoot technical issues related to signing mechanisms, API calls, Webhooks, etc.Translate and relay client feedback/issues to the internal Chinese-speaking technical team.Document common issues and help maintain API documentation and debugging tools.Provide post-launch technical support and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English & Chinese OR English & Spanish (must coordinate between clients and technical teams).Americas Time Zones Only (e.g., PST, CST, EST, BRT, ART).Proficient in RESTful APIs, signing mechanisms, Webhooks, Postman, etc.Basic technical understanding (able to interpret API requests/responses and error logs).Strong communication & project management skills; capable of independently managing client projects.Preferred: Experience in cross-border payments, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
