Shift: Hybrid (3 onsite, 2 Work from home after 90-day onboarding and training)
As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist, you will lead the material component of the end-to-end FAR Part 15 (FAR15) proposal and subcontracting lifecycle in support of large-scale programs. This role spans from proposal development and sales order award through subcontract negotiation and long-term purchase order execution with suppliers.
You will be responsible for coordinating compliant FAR15 material packages for submission to the U.S. Government, working closely with the Pricing Organization and partnering with Business Units to execute subcontracts aligned with program awards.

You Must Have
3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal & Contracts, Business, or Finance U.S. Citizenship due to contractual requirementsStrong understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycleWe Value
Experience with DoD procurement subcontracting under FAR Part 15Ability to act as a project manager and lead cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authorityStrong ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)Supply chain and procurement experience, preferably within defense, aerospace, or similar industriesExperience supporting Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD) requirementsAbility to understand, interpret, and apply contractual terms and conditions, including flow-down requirements. We’re looking for a hands-on technician who likes solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a team that supports one another. The work centers around configuring and repairing handheld and mobility devices. If you enjoy taking things apart, putting them back together, and getting them working better than before, this might be your lane.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Work directly on configuration and depot processes for mobility equipment
• Set up and deploy handheld devices for customers (devices include brands like Samsung, Apple, and Zebra)
• Support improvement projects aimed at reducing variation, cutting cycle time, and lowering costs
• Pitch in across departments when needed
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Availability for rotating shifts which may include weekends and holidays
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent (tech certification is a plus)
• 3 or more years of experience configuring or repairing mobility devices or related hardware
• Solid mechanical and technical skills
• Good understanding of mobility device standards
• A sense of urgency, accuracy, and ownership
