You’ll be the go-to expert for fence repairs, small projects, and customer service in the field.
What You’ll DoComplete residential and light commercial fence repairs (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, etc.)
Diagnose issues and recommend repair solutions on-site
Perform small installs, adjustments, and maintenance work
Communicate clearly with customers and provide a great experience
Document jobs, materials, and updates through company systems
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle
Collaborate with project managers and office team as needed
What We’re Looking ForExperience in handyman work, fencing, construction, or similar trade
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Strong problem-solving skills — no two jobs are the same
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
