The Architectural Products Sales Consultant position is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients, including facility managers, interior designers, architects, contractors and others who may influence the ultimate sale. The successful candidate must develop product presentation skills that will allow confident, competent, thorough client interaction and problem solution with architectural products (acoustics, wall panel systems and decorative metals). They must develop product brand awareness of the Koroseal products in the marketplace. This role will be located in the Greater Charlotte area reporting to our Regional Sales Manager. There will be occasional travel to our other company locations to support customer plant visits, headquarters sales calls, and tradeshows, or as required. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored architectural product solutions. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations, highlighting features and benefits that meet client requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system. Consistently follow up with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns. Engage in consultative selling by asking questions and actively listening to understand customer needs. Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company offerings. Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how your products/services can add value to their business. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to identify new business opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services, including key features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth. Attend industry events, trade shows, or conferences to network and promote the company's products/services. Skills
