Expect an exciting blend of technical challenges, problem-solving, and collaboration with industry leaders.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Embark on site visits to collect detailed as-built mechanical and electrical data, creating comprehensive documentation that guides design, manufacturing, and installation.Play a key role in advancing sales processes by providing expert field application support, installations instructions, and assisting in selecting top-tier subcontractors for modernization projects.Analyze spatial configurations to optimize the integration of new components, identifying potential obstacles and ensuring flawless system upgrades.Champion safety by identifying and addressing OSHA compliance issues, enhancing operational standards during crane upgrades.Strategically assess facilities to devise efficient equipment removal and installation methods, adapting to unique environmental conditions.Collaborate closely with Design and Sales Engineers, ensuring thorough preparation for site visits and comprehensive data collection.Critically review contract documents and sales proposals, offering insights to optimize project scope and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:5 to 10 years of hands-on technical expertise in crane installation, modernization, and the overhead crane industry.Deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.Proven leadership abilities, strong customer focus, and exceptional collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and advanced PC applications.Willingness to travel extensively and work at heights.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Valid driver's license with an exemplary driving record.Demonstrated ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.Unwavering commitment to safety, ensuring best practices in all operations.Proficiency in French will be considered an asset.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent industry experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions for process equipment.

Position Title: Senior Project Manager Reports to: Director of OperationsPosition is Remote The role of the ICP Senior Project Manager is to manage and develop a team capable of executing the assigned project workload while managing customer expectations and positively impacting the customer’s purchasing experience. They are expected to guide and support their own team through the project management process, as well as assist with any technical or escalating issues during the execution of the project. In some cases, the Senior Project Manager will take on the leading Project Management role for large or complex projects, or when workload necessitates. The expectations of the Senior Project Manager include managing the open project backlog, and effectively forecasting the sales figures on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensuring that all projects are properly assigned, and then executed within the established budget, scope of work and timeframe specified. It is expected that the Senior Project Manager will use resources when necessary to effectively solve problems to customer satisfaction, and escalate issues as needed throughout the organization.Responsibilities:· Support and development of the Project Management team members· Ensure internal and external kick-off meetings are occurring on every project· Monitor project deliverables (budget, schedule, scope) are being met on all projects· Maintain data entry and communication is occurring both timely and accurately· Conduct training and mentoring for the Project Management team members· Assist in establishing implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for order execution· Forecasting sales figures by month and quarter through accurate project backlog reporting· Mitigate project risk through improved communication methods and training of personnel· Foster internal relationships with key stakeholder groups and individuals· Execute annual planning actions to support business objectives and strategic plans· Contribute to, as well as initiate, ongoing continuous improvement actions· Act as leading Project Manager for large/complex projects, or as workload necessitatesThe experience of our customers throughout the entire order execution phase can become a great competitive advantage. The Project Management team has the ability to influence this experience through their behavior and ability to effectively communicate throughout the entire customer purchasing experience. Qualifications:· Post secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred.· Experience in Project Management in an industrial or construction environment· Experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning; or related similar construction experience is required.· Must have the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in all levels of an organization.· Ability to efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks on concurrently running projects, and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.· Must have strong technical aptitude and a desire to fully understand our products and processes- Candidate must also have experience managing and leading a team of Project Managers.

JOB POSITION: Industrial Technician
Are you interested in becoming an experienced Overhead Crane Service Technician? Join Konecranes, one of the world’s largest material handling companies. We're seeking skilled individuals with electrical and mechanical expertise, comfortable working at extreme heights. Our service technicians, the heart of our industry, thrive in a safety-first environment. You'll troubleshoot 480 3-phase motors, address crane issues, and collaborate with clients and facility directors to meet service needs across the United States. Principal Responsibilities: Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.Perform post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional.Document findings and recommend corrective actions, including safety notifications to customers.Consult with customers on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling improvement.Produce electronic documentation using company tools, obtaining customer signatures.Stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI).Complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly.Communicate with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator following established practicesMaintain company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in proper working order.Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting deficiencies to the supervisor.Follow established safety rules and procedures, including customer guidelines.Participate in monthly safety meetings.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required. Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience. Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair. Some electronic experience but not necessary. Prior experience with cranes is a benefit, but not required. Other Requirements: Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver's license. Must be willing to work off the ground. Can work varied overtime, as needed by customer, be available for "on call" as part of the service office rotation and be able to travel and work out of town, on occasion. Must be able to frequently lift to 25 lbs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis. Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. although not on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. on a rare basis. This position requires frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, and overhead reaching. This position requires occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. This position will be inside approximately 90% of the time and outside approximately 10% of the time. This position will be frequently exposed to heat, cold, noise and heights. This is a safety sensitive position.*KCN
