    Job Responsibilities: 

    The responsibilities of the Purchasing Agent (PA) will include, but not be limited to the following daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities.

    The PA is assigned specific commodities they will be responsible for.The PA is responsible for communicating all component requirements to the potential supply sources, assuring strict conformance to Konecranes product specifications and quality program.Working with internal and external functional groups is required to assure timelines, cost structure, contractual obligations and all manufacturing/engineering needs are realized.Responsible for sourcing and negotiating the most favorable overall “value” and lead-time without compromising quality or customer requirements.Responsible for a thorough review and comparison of all major quoting activity to project and sales estimates to assure margins and impacts are realized and communicated when and to whom necessary.Perform continuous system maintenance at the part number, supplier, and PA levels to assure system integrity is intact and information is correct for all viewers.Responsible for daily review of open purchase requisitions and sourcing material to sources with the required capabilities, capacity and quality program required for a demanding market.Obtain quotes for other functional groups such as Design Engineering, Application Engineering and Service Group as needed.Act on system generated material exceptions, expediting, delaying or cancelling on-order material as necessary, and communicating results to the required group or individual.Write and document work instructions for our ERP system (SAP) as well as general work-flow to allow continuous improvement. Meet all annual goals and objectives assigned by the Purchasing Manager, with constant communication throughout the calendar year.  Goals and Objectives can and will be adjusted where and when necessary.5 Years working experience within a Procurement role is required, working with commodity based buying and one-off quantities. Associates or higher college degree preferred but not required.Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints is required.Knowledge and understanding of heavy steel and associated processes including welding, machining, etc.Qualifications

    EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline strongly preferred. 

    EXPERIENCE: One to three years of Purchasing related experience required. 

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERP system is required.

     Excellent personal computer skills required. 

    Must be comfortable navigating in various software systems simultaneously. 

    Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and ability to read blueprints is preferred.  

    Ability to work in a team structured, fast paced, and multitasking work environment is required.  

    Strong written and verbal communication skills needed. 

     Must be efficient, highly organized, motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize work. Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem solving skills required. 

    Must have strong Microsoft Excel experience. 

     Ability to travel approximately up to 20% is required.  

    Salary commensurate with experience.

    POSITION SUMMARY


    The role of a Project Manager is to manage the entire crane project, within the established budget, scope and timeframe and with responsibility over results and customer satisfaction. The project manager acts as primary interface to customer during project execution.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
     
    Demonstrated leadership experience and well developed “people” skills. Applicant will interface with all levels of supplier and customer management and must be able to communicate effectively to all.
     
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
     
    Ability to efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks on concurrently running projects, and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.
     
    Advanced PC skills, including MS Project, MS Office, and other ERP systems.
     
    Must have strong technical aptitude and a desire to fully understand our products and processes

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
     
    Post secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred. Previous Project Management experience is required.
     
    Experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning; or related similar construction experience is required. Applicant must be familiar with transportation of heavy machinery, installation and installation practices (including basic rigging requirements), installation equipment (mobile cranes, personnel lifts, fork lifts, etc.), jobsite scheduling of multiple trades, and jobsite safety.
     
    Prior experience with overhead (EOT) crane manufacturing is a plus.

    JOB POSITION:  Industrial Technician 


    Are you interested in becoming an experienced Overhead Crane Service Technician? Join Konecranes, one of the world’s largest material handling companies. Our service technicians, the heart of our industry, thrive in a safety-first environment. You'll troubleshoot 480 3-phase motors, address crane issues, and collaborate with clients and facility directors to meet service needs across the United States.   

     

    Principal Responsibilities: 

    Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.Provide on-call service as part of a rotation, including after-hours support.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues on-site.Perform post-repair audits to ensure safety features are functional.Document findings and recommend corrective actions, including safety notifications to customers.Consult with customers on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling improvement.Produce electronic documentation using company tools, obtaining customer signatures.Stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI).Complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly.Communicate with the Field Operations Manager and Service Coordinator following established practicesMaintain company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in proper working order.Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting deficiencies to the supervisor.Follow established safety rules and procedures, including customer guidelines.Participate in monthly safety meetings.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications

    Education: High School Diploma required. Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience. 

    Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair. Some electronic experience but not necessary. Prior experience with cranes is a benefit, but not required. 

    Other Requirements: Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver's license. Must be willing to work off the ground. Can work varied overtime, as needed by customer, be available for "on call" as part of the service office rotation and be able to travel and work out of town, on occasion. 

    Must be able to frequently lift to 25 lbs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis. Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. although not on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 100 lbs. on a rare basis. This position requires frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, and overhead reaching. This position requires occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. This position will be inside approximately 90% of the time and outside approximately 10% of the time. This position will be frequently exposed to heat, cold, noise and heights.

Able to use required hand tools, precision measuring instruments, etc. Able to work from detailed drawings, blueprints, prints, work orders, etc. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.  The employee is required to reach with hands and arms.     Job Position : Product Support - Lift Trucks

    Location - Near any big Airport in the US 


    Assist Konecranes dealers and Konecranes Key Account Customers in order to develop, support and control BU Lifttrucks Service and Product Support in North America for all Konecranes product lines. Focus on customer satisfaction and on Konecranes machines quality, in order to promote further business of new equipment and parts on a profitability manner. Areas of responsibility include North America West, Canada West and Mexico.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
     
    Develop the dealers network by:
     
    Teaching on the process of carrying out Assembly and Commissioning of new Konecranes Lift Trucks Products. Coordinate / execute the assembly and commissioning process in areas where there are no dealers.
     
    Verify that the product match current specification and quality.
     
    Supervising and trouble shooting in field as well as over phone and email.
     
    Giving theoretical classroom and practical hands-on technical training for customers and dealers.
     
    Visiting customers/dealers to give technical advice and support the product in order to point out / generate business opportunities.
     
    Reporting of non-conformities and technical issues on a clear standardized manner.
     
    Ensure that Konecranes Warranty Policy is correctly interpreted and processed.
     
    Support the sales force with any technical requirement or non-conformity by customers / dealers.
     
    Ensure that Konecranes warranty policy of Konecranes Lift trucks is properly applied.
     
    Contribute with suggestions on developments of service against new demands, profitability criteria´s, as well as on-going improvement on quality.
     
    Take decisions about service measurements in the field.
     
    Plan travels to and from customer / dealers for Product Support functions.
     
    Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
     
    Skills needed to perform the job well.
     
    Good PC skills.
     
    Bilingual is desired but not required. English a must. Spanish desired.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
     
    Experience on Machinery Aftersales support or similar industries; so to have a good Technical background (knowledge on hydraulic and electrical systems, engines and transmissions, spare parts manuals, etc.).


    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
     
    Availability to travel frequently.
     
    Reside near a major airport.

    Konecranes Nuclear Equipment & Services (KNES): The Quality Control Technician will conduct physical inspections for quality related project requirements at KNES manufacturing sites, remote sites, and vendor sites. Perform receipt inspection of parts and items, verifying for compliance and preventing nonconforming material from being introduced to the value stream.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
     
    Support all ISO, NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B components and projects as required by the base load of the other quality department personnel.
     
    Assist in the surveillance of commercial suppliers performing work on nuclear business unit components and services as directed by quality management.
     
    Complete 100%-dimensional inspections on all incoming vendor parts.
     
    Document ALL rejected parts using correct documentation.
     
    Investigate practices and procedures and perform internal quality system audit to determine quality standards and whether these standards are being met. Implement corrective action as required.
     
    Perform dimensional, electrical, or mechanical tests of materials, processes, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
     
    Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and test equipment. This will include but not be limited to: Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gauges, Hardness Gauge, Protractor and Radius Gauges, CMM – Romer portable arm.
     
    Work with KNES Engineering and vendors to correct defects or issues.
     
    Maintain clean and orderly work area including equipment and performs all assignments in a safe manner and in accordance with established procedures.
     
    Visual acuity to read directions and prints to ensure they meet standards.
     
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
     
    Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision. Must be a self-starter.
     
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
     
    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, both mechanical and electrical.
     
    Self-directed and the ability to interact with supervisors, engineers, and customers effectively.
     
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

    Strong teamwork and networking skills.


    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
     
    2+ years quality assurance or control experience preferred.
     
    Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Control processes in a regulated environment.
     
    Experience with heavy machinery or precision components is strongly preferred.


    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
     
    Physical ability to perform work requiring frequent stooping, bending. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs frequently.
     
    Approximately 40% travel required, primarily throughout Wisconsin and neighboring U.S. states, with most weekends spent at home. Occasional domestic overnight travel may be required, with rare international travel opportunities.
