    We are a growing company looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our Landscaping & Construction Department. This position focuses on landscape installation projects, including basic irrigation installation for new construction and landscape development projects.     Landscape Irrigation Installation Technician
    Location: Indianapolis

    Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPerform landscape installation tasks including planting, mulching, sod installation, grading, raking, and general landscaping dutiesAssist with basic irrigation installation on new construction and landscape projectsFollow blueprints, job site instructions, and project specifications accuratelyLead, manage, and guide crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficientlyLoad, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and tools safelyOperate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as neededLoad and unload skid steers safely and efficientlyOperate company vehicles, including an F-550 truck with a 20’ trailerIdentify different types of trees, shrubs, and landscape materialsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow company safety policies and procedures at all timesWork independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficientlyOther duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum of 1 year of landscape installation experience including planting, mulching, sod installation, raking, and general landscape tasksBasic irrigation installation experience requiredLeadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a crewAbility to follow blueprints, instructions, and project specificationsAbility to identify different types of trees and shrubsExperience using hand tools and operating heavy equipmentExperience loading and unloading a skid steerAbility to operate an F-550 truck with a 20’ trailerValid driver’s license with a clean driving record requiredMust pass a drug screening testAvailability to work Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM as neededReliable transportation, strong attendance, and punctuality requiredPositive attitude and willingness to learn and growBenefitsCompetitive payProfessional development opportunitiesInsurance benefits401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays

    Komplete Landscape Contractors is looking for an experienced, Director of Finance & Human Resources to become a part of our organization.

    We are looking for a strong, driven accounting professional to handle the Director of Finance & Human Resources position for our company. This hands-on position reports directly to ownership. The qualified candidate will not only excel in leading a team of Finance and Human Resource professionals but will also quickly learn our business and seek out continuous process improvement opportunities.


    To Be Successful In This Position:

    7+ years of experience in general Corporate Accounting, with increasing level of responsibility, with at least 2 years tenure as Controller, Assistant Controller or Accounting ManagerA minimum 5 years supervisory experience + Experience leading a teamCompetent experience with companies whose revenue is 20+ millionExperience in GAAP Accounting, WIP reporting, and Job CostingService-type industry experience is a plusA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred)Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong inter-personal skillsAn understanding of IT systems, applications and implementationSuperior computer skills, MS Office , Aspire Landscape Industry software helpfulExcellent communication and presentation skills

    General Duties to include (but not limited to):

    Responsible for managing Finance and Human Resources staff and leading their day-to- day procedures.Oversee all accounting, payroll, billing and collectionsResponsible for company cash flow management and cash flow projectionsLead finance team to provide complete and accurate financial statements no later than the 15th of the following month.Working with company’s executive team and branch managers to provide accurate timely financial reports that allow for real time actions as well as future planning,Manage & project cash flow: responsible for collections, paying vendors, depositing payroll taxes, develop and maintain banking relationships.Responsible for both the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments: manage and train related personnel.Provide complete and accurate job costs for each job and compare to budget.Evaluate, interpret and analyze the financial data and compile into clear and meaningful reports – both qualitative and quantitative – for ownership.Exhibit complete understanding of the financial statements and communicate clearly the results to ownership.Responsible for maintaining records on fixed assetsOversee payroll processing and reportingProvide reporting and monitoring for the sales staff, including verifying the commission schedules.Responsible for preparing the budgets and tracking actual results versus the budget outline.Develop and maintain tax and regulatory compliance calendar.Develop and institute necessary internal controls in accordance with the size of the company and adjusting for growth as necessary.Coordinate and oversee the annual financial review by outside CPA firm.Serve as company point for all Human Resources staff to report toManage HR team and their regular dutiesOversee Insurance for all business, property and employee needsLead HR Policy and complianceImplement strategic initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
