The Field Service Technician will ensure the seamless operation of advanced systems and equipment. The Technician will travel extensively and connect with diverse teams while working on client/project sites.
Responsibilities:
Lead the start-up, commissioning, and optimization of electrical and mechanical systems on-siteConduct detailed equipment checks, verify installations, and ensure readiness for customer operationsAnalyze and record performance data during equipment tests to ensure peak efficiencyDeliver hands-on and classroom training for customer teams, developing clear lesson plans and guidesCollaborate with design teams by providing detailed field markups for “as-built” revisionsOversee the activities of vendors, contractors, and project teams to meet project timelinesConduct site inspections, resolve technical challenges, and ensure all work meets high-quality standardsCreate clear, concise technical reports and maintain punch lists for project closeoutsWork on shop floor assembly when not traveling for customer service.Other duties as assignedRequired Skills & Experience:

Komline-FluidQuip is growing, and we are seeking a Shop Mechanic to join our team! This role will be responsible for assembling new equipment as well as rebuilding and repairing existing machinery. The position involves hands-on mechanical work, precision assembly, and the safe handling of heavy components in a shop environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Safely handle, load, and unload heavy equipment and parts in the shopAssemble new machines according to mechanical prints, ensuring accuracy and qualityDisassemble machinery for repair or rebuild, inspect and diagnose issues, and prepare parts for reassemblyReassemble equipment to meet exact specifications and operational standardsAccurately measure and record dimensions on inspection reports to ensure quality compliancePerform a variety of mechanical tasks using hand tools, power tools, overhead cranes, and forkliftsWork collaboratively with team members on larger builds and repair projects to ensure successAdhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequired Qualifications
