    We are currently in search of an experienced Charge Nurse for our Frederick, MD location. The Charge Nurse at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality medical and clinical oversight within the organization. This position is responsible for leading and managing the dispensing nurse staff at multiple centers in providing high-quality medical care to our patients. 

    Responsibilities

    Monday - Friday 5:15 am - 1pm and possibility for Saturday from 6am-9am Oversee and coordinate dispensing and nursing activities in the center to ensure optimal patient care Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff Collaborate with medical providers and clinical staff to develop and implement care plans Provide advanced clinical guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices Oversee patient care processes, assess patient needs, and provide direct care when needed Monitor patient outcomes, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement Responsible for ordering medications and all other supplies needed in the dispensary and for the OTP patients through communications with pharmaceutical distributors and venders Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff across the two centers, providing recommendations for hiring, termination, evaluation and discipline Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and skill mix Address staffing issues and may participate in recruitment and onboarding processes Foster a positive work environment, addressing staff concerns, and promoting a culture of collaboration Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (BHA, DEA, CARF, etc.) Manage and maintain inventory of on-site medication in compliance with DEA, COMAR and CARF regulations Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing department Lead quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance patient outcomes Conduct regular audits, chart reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies Implement and oversee nursing protocols and best practices Foster effective communication between nursing staff, other departments, and leadership Collaborate with the Executive Director, the Medical Director, and other healthcare professionals to enhance interdisciplinary teamwork Facilitate effective communication within the nursing department and across other departments and centers Collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to streamline interdisciplinary communication and teamwork Participate in leadership meetings to provide updates and contribute to strategic decision-making Identify training needs and provide educational opportunities for nursing staff Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in nursing Identify ongoing training needs and facilitate educational opportunities for nursing staff Stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice and technologies, integrating new knowledge into staff training programs Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to the nursing department Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining high-quality patient care Assist in the development of the nursing department budget and monitor expenditures Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care standards Work collaboratively with finance and administrative teams to manage financial resources efficiently

    Qualifications

    A Day in This Role

    We are currently in search of an experienced Van Driver for our Dover, DE location. The Van Driver at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all of its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for clients receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment services. This role ensures clients are transported to and from treatment programs, medical appointments, and other approved locations while maintaining a supportive, respectful, and professional environment. The driver also assists in maintaining vehicle safety and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    30 hours per week Safely transport clients to and from treatment programs, medical appointments, and approved community locations.Operate 12–15 passenger vans in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and state safety regulations when applicable.Maintain adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational transportation policies.Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules while maintaining flexibility for program needs.Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts and report maintenance issues promptly.Always maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.Document transportation activities, including mileage, passenger logs, and incident reports.Provide respectful and supportive interaction with clients in accordance with trauma-informed care principles.Communicate any client concerns, behavioral issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate staff.Follow confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulations regarding client information.Assist staff with basic client support during transport as needed.Participate in required training, including safety and behavioral health awareness.Ensure proper seatbelt use and passenger safety protocols at all times.Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications - Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or GED required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record verification.Previous experience driving passenger vans or working in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    Expected Travel 30% within the state or District to promote the awareness of Kolmac/CCG and provide training to the community.
