We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our Camp Hill, PA location. This role plays a critical part in aligning daily medical office operations with Kolmac's broader mission to help individuals and families heal through evidence-based addiction and behavioral health care. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with clinical leaders and the Patient Access Director to drive results, promote superior customer service, and create a high-performing, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Provide direct oversight and leadership of daily clinic operations at our new Camp Hill, PA location
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment at both sites.
Establish and maintain appropriate levels of office/medical supplies and clinical equipment.
Ensure all clinic workflows, from front desk to back-end processes, operate efficiently and in alignment with Kolmac standards.
Adjust operations proactively to maintain peak performance.
Provider & Patient AccessCoordinate and manage provider schedules; support onboarding of new providers and modifications to existing schedules.
Monitor appointment availability and ensure same-day access whenever possible.
Evaluate staffing and scheduling practices to meet patient demand and financial goals.
Prepare clinics for provider transitions (e.g., departures or additions) to ensure minimal disruption.
Patient Experience & Service RecoveryServe as a primary point of contact for patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
Engage in service recovery and continuous improvement activities.
Regularly review operational reports (e.g., patient flow, no-show rates) and implement data-informed improvements.
Staff Supervision & DevelopmentSupervise all non-provider staff across both sites; handle training, onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
Maintain and coordinate staffing schedules to support patient care and clinic efficiency.
Identify and support additional training needs in collaboration with clinical leadership.
Encourage team engagement, development, and a culture of accountability.
Lead hiring, promotions, and terminations in alignment with organizational policy.
Compliance & Facility ReadinessEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Monitor adherence to Kolmac's Code of Conduct, internal policies, and applicable laws.
Work closely with Compliance and Legal to report and manage risk, privacy, or regulatory concerns.
Educate staff on compliance standards and emergency preparedness procedures.
Financial Performance & Revenue Cycle ManagementOversee collection of copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
Monitor and report on cash collections, payer mix, and accounts payable activities.
Ensure proper documentation, financial tracking, and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly performance.
Contribute to overall revenue cycle effectiveness and collaborate with centralized billing teams.
Leadership & CommunicationLead regular team meetings to share goals, updates, and changes to practice operations or policies.
Serve as a visible, supportive leader who fosters strong provider-staff relationships and a culture of collaboration.
Other DutiesProvide backup to staff during peak times or absences.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure clinic continuity and patient care.

The PHP Therapist ensures that all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a supportive, therapeutic environment that promotes patient recovery and well-being.
ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings using DSM-V and ASAM criteria. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Provide direct care through evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational and addiction recovery groups at IOP and OP levels of care. Deliver clinical interventions grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and other best-practice modalities. Facilitate case management sessions, including treatment goal setting, discharge planning, and collaboration with referral sources and external providers. Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, recovery strategies, and coping skills. Coordinates care for all appropriate support services, including referral sources, family members, and other support providers. Participate actively in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate holistic care. Provide crisis intervention and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support patients in crisis after hours, as needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with organizational, state, and CARF standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other providers to meet the co-occurring psychiatric and substance use needs of patients. Develop and maintain a therapeutic alliance that is collaborative, individualized, and adaptable to evolving clinical needs. Promote the organization's image in a professional, supportive, and educational manner within the community and with referral partners. What You'll Do
As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.
Clinical Responsibilities Include:
Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program. Work in person at our Columbia, MD location. Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion Complete clinical documentation accurately and timelyWhat You Bring

Required Qualifications:

Salary: Up to $100,000 annually
This position is eligible for commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions. With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.
Full-time: Monday – Thursday 12:30pm to 8:30pm, Fridays 9am to 5pm (Hybrid option)

We are currently in search of an experienced SUD Therapist for our Camp Hill, PA location. The SUD Therapist position at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all of its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is held by someone who is innovative and committed to learning and developing their counseling skill, working and collaborating with an innovative, inter-disciplinary team. This position requires someone who is invested in patient care and brings a solution-focused attitude and outlook.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12:30p-8:30p, Friday 9a-5p.
Responsibilities
Develops a treatment alliance with patients that is mutual, collaborative, and individualized, meeting changing clinical needs throughout treatment Facilitates addiction treatment groups in the IOP and OP levels of care Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education presentations to all patients Engages in case management sessions, including assessments, collaborative treatment goals, discharge planning, partnership with referral sources and/or other providers Promotes the organizations image in a positive and professional manner Is expected to provide direct care up to 55% of weekly work hours depending on program and position Works with treatment team to meet the co-occurring psychiatric needs of patients Coordinates care for all appropriate support services, including referral sources, family members, and other support providers Responsible for maintaining timely and well written documentation that meets state and CARF standards Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from IOP to OP, treatment goal attainment, etc Responsible for obtaining signatures from licensed therapist/supervisor for documents requiring a second signature when applicable Provide evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-V and ASAM level of care criteria Carries the on call phone for one week, several times through the year – supporting the needs of any patients in crisis outside of our business hours when applicable Has experience with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma informed care approaches Embodies the spirit of a teacher, continually demonstrating positive energy that promotes addiction recovery education and learning, both in and out of group/individual sessions Attends and is prepared for professional meetings, including treatment team Other duties as assignedQualifications
