About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems on large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. In this role, you’ll manage field operations, schedules, crews, and materials while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities
Oversee the safe installation of electrical systems from power distribution through final punch-outManage daily scheduling, quality control, staffing, and on-site logisticsReview project documents, specifications, drawings, and blueprints to ensure compliance with requirementsCoordinate closely with the prefabrication shop to maximize field productivityPlan, sequence, and lay out project work while ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are availableMaintain precise project records, including time sheets, daily reports, material requests, and safety documentationManage electrical materials, tools, and equipment assigned to the job siteSupervise electrical projects from groundbreaking through final completionEnsure compliance with NEC, local building codes, industry standards, and safety requirementsMentor and develop foremen and field staff, promoting professional growth and teamworkCommunicate effectively with foremen, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsUse Procore and other software tools to track project progress and maintain accurate reportingQualifications
8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial electrical construction projectsProven ability to lead crews and manage complex job sites from start to finishIn-depth knowledge of NEC, local codes, and jobsite safety practicesProficiency in construction software; experience with Procore is a plusStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesComfortable using computers, tablets, and digital project management toolsWhy Join Us

If you are an Electrical Superintendent, Electrical Foreman, or Electrical Field Supervisor with strong commercial construction experience, this is a strong opportunity to lead large, complex projects with long-term growth potential.
What You Will Do:
Lead electrical field work on large commercial construction projects.
Supervise crews and coordinate day-to-day jobsite activity.
Manage manpower, schedule, materials, safety, quality, and field production.
Read blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, owners, inspectors, and other trades.
Support work on ground-up commercial, data center, critical facility, healthcare, hospital, pharma, education, and MEP projects.
What We Are Looking For:
5+ years of electrical construction experience.
Electrical Superintendent, Electrical Foreman, or Field Supervisor background.
Commercial construction experience required.
Experience with power distribution, conduit, switchgear, lighting controls, fire alarm, low voltage, and related systems preferred.
Strong crew leadership, safety, communication, and scheduling skills.
OSHA 30 preferred.
