What You'll Build Develop PMs, superintendents, and future leaders Strengthen accountability and communication across teams Help build the next generation of operational leadership WHAT WILL CATCH OUR EYE: Bachelor's degree in engineering , or related field experience 10+years of progressive leadership experience and team development 12+ years in electrical construction Experience leading multiple projects, teams across multiple locations Strong financial acumen (job cost, margins, forecasting) Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key operational issues into actionable, executive-ready recommendations. Background in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects WHAT WOULD BE A BONUS: Commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure electrical construction background Experience with large-scale or complex projects Familiarity with BIM, prefabrication, Lean Construction, or advanced operational systems Experience developing operational leaders and high-performing teams
