    About the role

    The Jr. Production Designer will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transition of digital and print projects from concept to production. Will be responsible for the creation, quality and deliverables of digital projects and various printer ready files, ensuring quality standards for outgoing files across digital and print.

    You'll bring to the role
    Bachelor's Degree in Digital/Graphic Design, or related field1-3 years' experience in digital productionAdobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects experience necessaryWorking knowledge of SharePoint, CMS, Wrike, Teams, Ai Tools, and print ready understanding for pre-press and CMYK/color approvals.Must have experience working with large scale digital file releases, optimization and handling multiple project deadlines while ensuring file quality.Must be flexible, open-minded, and respond to constructive criticism with revisions to designs and projects as necessary.Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, listening and decision-making skills.
