What you'll own: Daily Field Leadership from mobilization to closeout Subcontractor coordination, inspections, and safety compliance Clean documents and proactive problem-solving Partnering with the PM team to deliver on time and on budget What we're looking for: 5+ years Superintendent/ Construction Management experience Strong knowledge of codes, OSHA, and job site standards Comfortable using an iPad (procure + salesforce a plus) If you take pride in doing things the right way and leading from the front, we want to meet you.
