    High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fieldsKnow and understand the different steel materials used within the fabrication shopDemonstrate knowledge of and certified in Stick and Mig weldingDemonstrated knowledge of Flux and Tig weldingDemonstrated knowledge of the American National Standard Institute (ANSI) and American Weld Society (ASW) weld symbolsDemonstrated knowledge of the different parts, uses and operations of the concrete plants and weld shop operationsAbility to read, interpret, and prepare work from blueprints, including material removalsWorking knowledge of crane rigging and hand signalsDemonstrates strong integrity and reliability to independently handle critical tasks such as plant repair, setup, or dismantlingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organizationExcellent problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to coach and train junior personnel in techniques, with strong communication skills adaptable to different learning stylesSome travel required.Drivers License in state of residency required

    Physical Demands:
