    Description:

    We are seeking a talented, consistent, and motivated Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about providing legendary customer support to our external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience by treating every call as a chance to make a difference. Approach each interaction with empathy and understanding and reassure customers that their concerns matter and will be resolved promptly.


    This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm.

    Requirements:

    Job Overview and Responsibilities:

    Customer Interaction & Problem Solving: Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.Information Management: Maintain records of customer data, service calls, work orders, service loaners, and inspections.Dispatch Coordination: Communicate dispatch and supply order expectations, schedule service calls, and dispatch technicians.Progress Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their service to ensure a positive experience.Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate work and adherence to tasks and schedules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.Flexibility to manage workday disruptions and prioritize tasks accordingly.Proactive approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a technology or office environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software.Experience with e-Automate software is a plus.High school diploma or GED.One to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    The Role

    As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales within your assigned territory. This role is ideal for a visionary sales professional with a knack for cold calling to build relationships in an evolving market.


    Responsibilities

    Client Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring relationships with new accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty. Cold calling to set in person appointments as well as territory development with the use of phone, email, and creative strategies to schedule appointments while using a CRM for tracking of activity metrics.Sales Strategy: Devise and execute comprehensive sales plans that surpass sales goals, focusing on growth within the DFW market and pioneering new business avenues.Solution Selling: Assess client requirements and offer customized solutions that integrate our extensive range of copier, printer and IT products and services along with Managed Print Solution strategies.Market Analysis: Maintain an acute awareness of industry shifts, competitive dynamics, and market evolutions to pinpoint opportunities and minimize risks.Contract Negotiation: Guide client contract discussions, and secure favorable terms that resonate with our company's goals.Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, crafting detailed reports and forecasts that inform and guide senior management decisions.


    Qualifications:

    Proven track record in sales account management, particularly in print, copier and IT solutions.Strong analytical skills to perform market analysis and reporting.Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.Demonstrated success in a solution-selling environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies. Requirements:

    Job Requirements:
