The Role: Solutions Engineer Own the technical side of enterprise deals from pre-sales through deployment.
What You'll Do
Run complex POCs and custom demos for enterprise buyersTranslate ML capabilities (sentiment analysis, logo/facial recognition, OCR, narrative detection across text, image, audio, and video) into concrete business casesPresent to C-suite and hands-on analysts in the same week and land bothFeed client requirements directly into product roadmap conversationsPartner with sales, CS, and engineering across the full deal cycle

Proven technical wins in enterprise SaaS sales cyclesFluency in APIs, data pipelines, and system architectureComfortable going deep with engineers and staying clear with executivesBackground in social analytics, brand monitoring, crisis comms, or risk intelligence is a real plusSelf-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
