Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is currently seeking an Interim Nurse Manager of Labor and Delivery for an exciting engagement in Washington State. This high-volume facility averages 550–600 deliveries per month and features a Level IV NICU, providing comprehensive care for the most complex neonatal cases.The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 140 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and will report directly to the Senior Director of Women’s & Children’s Services. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity within a well-established and respected healthcare organization.Requirements:• Washington Registered Nurse License (Washington state is a compact state).• BSN required.• 3+years of Labor and Delivery leadership.• BLS required issued by the American Heart Association.Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.The pay rate for this position is $800- $850 per day ($208,000 – $221,00 annually).
